How Often Do you weigh yourself?
the major weighin should be monday eve. then check every other day to see how you are doing but only count what's mondays.. if you are measuring your body, do that every other week. learned this from a program i was on few years back, before company went bankrupt. this really helped me..

ok so the holidays were bad for me. but thats ok. arthritis was bad and could not move around much, got a little depressed, and enjoyed the holiday food ...
