ok so the holidays were bad for me. but thats ok. arthritis was bad and could not move around much, got a little depressed, and enjoyed the holiday food & drink. now, back to being serious, i gained 15# and am ready to loose that plus get to my goal by memorial day!!! the evenings are the hardest but i will persevere!!!

i really have a problem. i need to cut down on carbs & cholesterol. is there any books out there that are on how to loose pounds watching carbs & cholesterol that are easy simply standards? please let me know what you may find. thank you so much. also have issues in loosing belly fat!!!
PLEASE HELP ! i'm at a critical level and want to live FOREVER!! ;-D

i have been off a diet for some time now. Found out i have high cholesterol,(along with high blood pressure being treated already), and i really need to eat right and exercise more. going to try to be a vegan. learning all about it now. going to read up on recipies also. i have to succeed. my goal right now is to loose #15 by year end. then continue from there. like dr. oz says, start with just 10# as your goal. then continue with 10# more, etc.wish me luck.

ok now. just found out my son is getting married at the end of July. have a goal now to loose a total 40# by then. as of today i've lost 15#. woo-hoo. am very dedicated to loosing these pounds before wedding! am so excited. anyway, the last 2 weeks i've been drinking 1 a day of woo-long diet tea around 10am. really think its helping some. if i can break the 200# weight i will be so excited. then its on to loose the rest. i have been over 200# for about 8 years. ugh!!

wow, the abcircle really works, i've lost 2" in thighs and about 3" in hips minimum. awesome. still have an issue with the waist. have started doing leg lifts for the gut. we shall see the next time i measure (i do every other week).
