I agree with the comments above but was looking at your food diary and I would recommend replacing whole wheat meals with a good salad filled with proteins which would be around the same calories but more hearty and filling. I try to limit myself to 1000-1200 cals which is the "supposed" amount for women. It alright to go overboard sometimes because its dangerous to deprive yourself from anything, but that seems to work for me! also, I usually have dinner with a fruit salad that is sooo delish and filling . Try that, any fruits you like, chop em up, squeeze the juice from 2 oranges and put in two artificial sweeteners, its yum, low in cals and filling!I think you make great "health choices" but they're often high in calories. I eat the special K cornflakes from time to time but get soo pissed when it takes me overboard after eating a good meal cause its so high in cals! I need my cornflakes so I just alternate with fruits or rusk. Keep up the exercise and work, your damn motivated! xx
