Use to weight to little at 5'6"I only weighed 105#. I had a hysterectomy and 6 months later I gained 50# and just kept gaining no matter how much I worked out. I gave up once I reached 185# and just lived with it. I was diagnosed with breast cancer last March and decided that I needed to take batter care of myself and lose some weight. I also want to do the reconstruction in a year and would like to be a good weight before I had it done.
I have always taken good care of myself until I couldn't lose the weight I had gained then kind of let myself go. 20 years ago I stopped eating beef and pork because it made me sick, so I don't eat a lot of meat. I love peanut butter, chocolate, and potatoes.
