nursing and dieting
If you'd like to lose weight during nursing I'd focus more on exercising rather than cutting calories. It's not worth threatening your milk supply (if you want to continue nursing). Try to fit in some cardio and drink plenty of water...when I was nursing I really benefitted from pushing around that stroller EVERYWHERE! I would pile stuff in the bottom to make it even heavier and more of a workout. Good Luck!
