Let me start out by telling you a bit about my story in Jan of this year I was told by my Dr that my cholesterol was in the danger zone (about 250) and my BP was really high, I was 330 pounds then. In Feb allydj22 and myself began Robert Ferguson's FLFL system, it seemed like the right one a change we could make a stick with forever and it is a solid healthy way to eat and guidlines that does not seem at all like a fad diet. As of August I have lost 75 lbs, my BP is normal and my cholesterol is down 100 points!! Now we find "Fatsecret", a funny name but a valuable tool that is quick and easy to use to add to our diet and exercise lifestyle. I work full time, go to school full time and we have a 2 yr old daughter and easy is what I need and "fatsecret" seems to offer this.
My Dr wants me to lose about 40-50 more lbs and I will use the knowledge I have gained from FLFL and the powerful tools here (recipes, nutriion guide, nutrition calculator, challenges, etc) to make it happen and keep it healthy.

disclaimer: I'm no expert Smile--- did you calculate your RDI or are you going off the 2000 calories? you might want to try that if you havent, its at the bottom of the food journal page, it'll give you a better idea of what your daily intake should be for your body type. Besides that I would pay attention to your percentages I think a 60-30-10 is a good one to shoot for, thats 60% carbs - 30% fat - 10% protien.
