performance: gaining 0.5 lb a week
So I'm turning 30 next year and I have decided to make another attempt at losing this flab for once. I like food and I hate diet foods (salads, low fat everything). Quite the dilemma :) But, perhaps there's an answer this time. The caveman diet (paleo). Basically, it restricts the bad carbs and sugars and all the processed food that our body is not use to processing. Been on it for a week and I feel good. The theory behind it makes sense.
