I am a 52 yo nurse living on an old farm with chickens, a garden and for fun I love to cook & bake. I've gone as far with baking bread as to grind my own flour (which tastes completely better!!). My partner is Italian and between the two of us we love to eat healthy food that's not processed, we just eat too much. I love the idea of reading other's ideas and recipes for losing weight.
