new life
joined 24 hour fitness, but today did 1 hour on elliptical machine. burned 610 calories. can't complain. good luck everyone. working out daily is worth it, find time to do it. do it for yourself!

I love this!
I've been keeping a calorie count on my phone but I love that I can log exercise as well! This is definitely motivation :)

I'm a winter slacker too.
I can use some motivation from time to time. I've been slacking because of the lack of motivation and all the negative comments on my weight goal. It would be real nice to hear some positive feedback ...
