Ya i actually lost 30 lbs and have about 10 to lose yet! But if have relapse it sucks! Definately need to have levels checked and right dosage! I am on lowest there is.

Sex
We should start a sex challenge! Sex keeps you young and is great for your mental health and physical health! Its true if you dont use it you lose it! Great cardio as long as you dont rest much! Lol ! And ladies it gets better with age!!! Im going to be 50 next month and i think i get more than my kids!! You just need great partner to enjoy with
