Hi, I'm fairly new and I noticed that there is no sex options in the exercise journal. How do you know how many calories you've burned? I know we all do it, and I know I'm not the only one working up a sweat.

Find something similar based on how much of a workout you think you got. Maybe go to the biking or running section and select something there. Obviously, sometimes are sweatier than others....

The Dance options are most similar in calorie burn, and there are three different intensities to choose from, so you can be slightly more specific. Plus, you just got yourself a nifty new euphemism. Everybody wins!

How long do you all work out for?
It depends on the type I do. Usually 25-30 min of weights and/or HIIT. I really like a free website called fitnessblender.com. Lots and lots of different types of workouts and lengths there.
