Started at almost 400 in June 2011. My wife and I decided enough was enough and we needed to get healthy for our kids. We joined an awesome gym (Blue Seas Fitness) and with a trainers help, we've lost a 180 pounds combined. Recently, I've been unemployed and as the money runs tight I have found myself stress eating and had a bad summer. The new 16 week program has started and I'm ready to lose another 50.

My trainer is taking probiotics for the same issue. The bacteria and enzymes could be all out of whack. you can read about them here if you like.
