I started my 400 calories a meal and 1200 calories a day diet (400 calorie fix) at the end of February wen I weighed 207.8 lbs. I now weigh 190.4 lbs. I have a medical problem called CIC (CHRONIC IDIOPATHIC CONSTIPATION), so I have to do regular colon cleansing because of it. My diet is extremely healthy and my colon issues have nothing to do with that.

I like to watch movies. I like scrapbooking. I like music, comedy, cooking when I'm inspired to-not wen I have to. I like spending time with my parents and my kids. I'm 33 years old. I have 2 daughters. Aimee is 11 1/2 years old and Stephanie is 4 years old. My 4-yr old is in preschool right now for special needs kids because she has epilepsy.

How do I join the group? I've been on the 400 calorie fix diet since the end of February and I've lost a total of 18.4 pounds and 18.5 inches as of this morning.

How do I put this as my diet on my profile instead of it saying my own diet?
