I am a 30y/o female who works as a night RN, yep that means 7pm-7am shifts at least three times a week. I have also had a love/hate relationship with my body and my weight. I have never been a big fan of exercising and have extremely low will power when it comes to watching what I eat. I also suffer from major depressive disorder as well as a recent diagnosis of Epstein-Barr.
I am determined to not let these two disease take me over. I recently got married and although did not lose weight like I would have liked before the big day I felt toned and beautiful. My husband and I recently had our first child and although I felt like I gained weight steadily throughout my pregnancy I was horrified when the scale tipped 190 right before my son was born. Now 3 months postpartum I easily dropped 20 pounds after he was born and am realizing the rest of the weight is going to be a lot harder to get rid of, hence I am back to FatSecret.

No time to cook
My husband and I both have very busy work schedules and often do not have time to cook. We often eat frozen bagged meals and then I often eat additional frozen meals overnight at my 12hr RN job. Any suggestions for getting healthier, fresher foods into our diet without having to spend a ton of money or time cooking as we have neither?
