Oh yeah the Wild Berry and Vanilla Dream is awesome. I still have to try the cookies n cream, maybe I'll pick that up tonight since it's class night. Thank you! I love the tea too - great for energy huh!

La Bomba
I thought I'd share something with you all I'm going to start tomorrow and I will update you with my results. It's called "La Bomba" it' a 3 day program for fat loss, ya fat loss, and who here doesn't want to jump start or get out of a plato they maybe in???

It does involve Herbalife product so I've been hesitant to try it but I have been taking a nutrition class in learning how to eat, what to eat and when to eat and I have lost 10 lbs and 10 inches so far and counting. As you all know, summer's coming so I'm getting antzy knowing it is bound to stop raining in my part of the world eventually, lol.

So I'll let you all know how my experiment works and how much I loose in FAT.

Wish me Luck gals and guys!!!

Jump Start
Try only Carbs in the am and after noon time do high protein foods, like chicken and eggs whites boil some eggs and take out the yolks is a good option i've been doing and edamame is a great snack option get it in the frozen food isle and try it. Stay away from the processed frozen diet foods they offer they are the enemy- shop outside of the food store. fresh produce, veggies, sweet potatoes(very filling for lunch), and chicken burgers with portabella mushroom grilled for dinner on an arnolds whole wheat thin is yummy. Cardio for 10 min then weights then cardio 10 minutes is a great routine ending with some nice stretching to relax your muscles and if you go to the gym I like to tan first to warm my body and muscle up double benefit there.

Get-fit-with-me.com is my nutritionist's website check it out she has a few receipe's you might like.

Good luck Colleen
