My weigh in is on Monday so I'll update it tomorrow. i'm extremely pleased with this challenge, I'm not missing any of these things, I think I'm going to keep it up way past the 4 weeks. My Greek yoghurt and fruit helps me with any sugar cravings

I found that I was extremely hungry yesterday but I still managed to keep my calories within an acceptable level. I don't know if I was more hungry because I had eaten less calories than normal the day before or if it's because i'm working out more.
Anyway I'm off to a good start today and I've just finished my 60 min workout so I'm feeling in control AND it's Friday yeaaaahhhhh.
The weekend is more challenging to me so fingers crossed that I'm keep up the good work (still sticking to my 'No Junk Food' Challenge which I am extremely pleased with)

Another great day yesterday. I made a lovely stirfry last night. Lots of lovely chickpeas, haricot beans, veg and Indian spices. I usually have it with noodles but I had it on it's own and it was delicious and very low in calorie and as I have leftovers, I don't have to even think about 'Whats for Dinner' tonight....result.
So I'm doing my cardio combat dvd today. This will be my 3rd workout this week so I'm well on track with my 3 or more workouts each week, might even go for 4 this week
I'm also still following the 'Junk Challenge' rigidly thanks to my Fat free natural Greek yoghurt with fruit and loads of water, it definitely keeps the sugar cravings at bay

Did one of my new exercise dvd's yesterday and another different one today. I have to say I'm not impressed with yesterday's one but today's was nice and challenging. The final new dvd looks extremely hard going but I'm going to work my way up to it. I'm just thrilled that I'm keeping at exercising 'cause it's really not my cup of tea but I feel fantastic after it.
Anyway so far so good with my food today, I was at the dentist this morning and had a filling done and my cheek was frozen for ages so I was glad that I had homemade soup and homemade cottage cheese and pototo scones in the fridge.
I hope everyone is getting on well

Woke up to snow this morning so the kids are off school today.
I had a great food day yesterday and I'm hoping for the same today. I'm just after my brekkie, Total 0% fat free Greek yoghurt with Summer berries yum.
I hate exercise so i've ordered 3 new workout dvd's (I already have about 5)and one arrived yesterday so I'm hoping to do a different workout at least 3 times a week, maybe keeping my exercise interesting and different will work for me this time
