Scales not moving in the right direction but I am working out, eating really healthy so I'm sticking with it. I think I might change my WI to every 2 weeks so as not to get disheartened, the scales are NOT everything, if they were then why do my clothes fit better?

I'm back.........well for the next hour or so anyway
I haven't been able to access Fatsecret because I am waiting on my telephone and broadband to be updated with BT. I stayed in all day last Tuesday waiting on an engineer to come to increase my broadband speed and he never arrived. So far I have spoken with 7 customer service operators and 2 managers and a week later I've still not got it up and running. The engineer is coming now on the 8th March
And to top that, I got a new phone (Samsung Galaxy S3) and although I can download the Fatsecret app and calorie counter, I can only do it as a new and first timer, for some reason I can't access 'My' fatsecret under my name and password so I've lost my access via my phone too, I'm hoping my 17 year old daughter will be able to help me set it up properly on my phone and I'm going to ask on here too maybe.
Anyway I've been eating healthy and I've done the 1st of my minimum of 3 workouts this morning, I'm just not going to be able to update everything on a daily basis, I will however somehow WI on Friday

Coughing as I type but I did do a workout this morning and that made me feel good because I'm ensuring that I stick to my goal of a minimum of 3 workouts or more each week so that's my 3rd one done and dusted.
I had my WI this morning and i've gained a lb, it was to be expected as I had been naughty over the weekend. I'm not disheartened because I feel better and my clothes fit better.
Fingers crossed that I manage this weekend better than last weeks.

uurrrggghhh not feeling so good this morning, I've a stinking cold, sore throat and ears and my kids all have it too.
I'm aching after my workout yesterday, it was a tough one and I think my muscles need a rest so i'm not going to push myself today, my workout will be housework and I'll do a workout again tomorrow.
I'm also going to make some soup and cottage cheese scones which is a staple of my diet
I hope you are all feeling better than I am :-((
