My weigh in is on Monday so I'll update it tomorrow. i'm extremely pleased with this challenge, I'm not missing any of these things, I think I'm going to keep it up way past the 4 weeks. My Greek yoghurt and fruit helps me with any sugar cravings
148.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
