Yeaaaaaah....First workout of the week and I'm feeling great. I do believe that I eat even healthier when I'm working out. Now I'm off to make vegetable soup and my cottage cheese scones.

I've been busy busy busy. Don't think my food's been too bad but it's Tuesday and i've not had a workout since Thursday so tomorrow I'm gonna work my butt off and the next day and Friday and fingers crossed Saturday, I just need to make sure that I put my exercise before anything else for the rest of this week. When I started this, my aim was to work out a minimum of 3 times a week so I'm feeling really lazy not having started yet this week. Soooooo here's to tomorrow

I'm still wondering how if I am eating healthy, eating lower calories and working out then how come I am not losing weight. So I googled it last night and alot of what I read referred to not eating enough calories, not feeding the body, body going into starvation and if the calories were upped then the body would start to lose weight.
Alot of what I read also referred to hormones and age which I know can be a factor but I might have the age issues but I don't think I have the hormone issues.
It was also suggested to vary workout routines and to incorporate more weight training because muscle speeds up the metabolism and therefore burns more fat than cardio workouts.
So today I did 15 mins cardio and 45 mins of weight training in the form of The Shred Level 3 and another 15 min weights workout from another dvd which I input on the exercise diary as circuit training (this might be wrong) and I'm going to ensure more weight training each week and I'm also going to try to up the calories a bit and see what happens

I had a great weekend which started from Friday as my hubby had a day off ( a very unusual event ) and as my diary shows.....i did not log my food, my drinks nor the naughty banoffee pie....IT WAS MOTHERS DAY..and i couldn't let the kids down (yeahhh right hehehhhe).
Now it's back to business, I've donned the workout gear and I'm set for an hour of fat burning aerobics

Work up to a cold and frosty morning..bbbrrrrr. I'm doing a fat burning workout this morning, I don't think I'll be cold for too much longer.
