Uh oh..I did it again. As soon as the scales are kind to me, I go and screw it up by stuffing my face. Valentines day treats turned into a long weekend of bad choices. For goodness sake, I had fish and chips....fish and chips?????
On the plus side ('cause I have to find one otherwise I'd give up AGAIN), I climbed back on the wagon yesterday and I'm doing my 1st of many workouts this morning.
Fingers crossed for the WI on Friday

Well that's Valentines Day over for another year and I have to admit that I indulged, yes, I ate 3 of my Thorntons Chocs (bang goes my 'No Junk Food Challenge' this week) and I washed them down with my fave wine.
I'd spent my evening in the freezing cold waiting on my son who was competing in a road race, it took me an hour to drive home so by the time I got my pjs on and my feet up, it was time to 'bring on the goodies'. I don't feel one bit guilty as I've not gone too far over my calories and to top it all, I did my weigh in this morning and I've lost 2lbs.....hoooooray! The scales are smiling on me.
Time to get the kids off to school and then I'm ready for my 4th workout of the week

3 days to go and I've failed at the 'No Chocolate' challenge, I ate 3 Thorntons Chocs last night . Well they were a Valentines gift....it would be rude not to :-)

Happy Valentines Day!
I received a lovely card, a rather large box of Thorntons choccies and my favourite wine. Ahhhh what a lovely hubby I have.
BUT not one of the chocolates may pass my lips as I'm still doing the 'No Junk Food Challenge' and I'm in week 3 of it and I haven't touched one bit of refined sugary food, I'm thinking that I'm going to try to keep it up as I don't crave sugar anymore.
So I'm going to keep the chocos until Easter and share them with the kids and I might have a wee glass of vino at the weekend as tonight.
No romantic dinner for me tonight, my 9 year old son has a race tonight so I'll be freezing my butt at the finish line.
