I'm a Mum to 4 kids from the age of 17 to 2 1/2. I love my food, well I wouldn't be here if I didn't. My downfall would be sauces and wine. I like to cook and nothing beats good food, good wine and good conversation.

I have a habit of sticking to healthy eating during the week but come the weekend it flies out the window and the calorific savoury food with a good bottle of vino flies in.

So I'm determined this time to stick with it and get to my goal weight

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
I did it last year for about 2 weeks and I thought I'd die with the pain in my legs. I started it again yesterday and I went straight to level 2 because I've been working out regularly for weeks now and I felt strong, it was tough but I'm surprised at how good I feel this morning, only a few aches in my shoulders and that would be from my weights. I'm going to do it every week along with my other dvds. I have to agree with Sasha-Anne, it's about measurements not scales, muscle weighs more than fat.

so what going on?
I've got exactly the same problem. I'm keeping my calories low, working out 3-4 times a week (and my workouts contain lots of cardio, weight bearing exercises, boxing etc so they are by no means easy) and so far I've lost 2 lbs.

On a brighter note though, my clothes do fit better, I feel fitter and stronger but it would be nice to see a loss on the scales with all the hard work i'm doing.

Accessing Fatsecret from my phone
Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help me with accessing 'My' Fatsecret and calorie counter from my phone.

I changed my phone from a Blackberry Bold to a Samsung Galaxy S3 and I can download the Fatsecret App / Calorie Counter but I have to start from stratch, giving a new password, weigh in etc, I can't access the app that I've been using all along.

Help because I'm not able to imput my food and exercise every day and keep myself right
