uurrrggghhh not feeling so good this morning, I've a stinking cold, sore throat and ears and my kids all have it too.
I'm aching after my workout yesterday, it was a tough one and I think my muscles need a rest so i'm not going to push myself today, my workout will be housework and I'll do a workout again tomorrow.
I'm also going to make some soup and cottage cheese scones which is a staple of my diet
I hope you are all feeling better than I am :-((
