Coughing as I type but I did do a workout this morning and that made me feel good because I'm ensuring that I stick to my goal of a minimum of 3 workouts or more each week so that's my 3rd one done and dusted.
I had my WI this morning and i've gained a lb, it was to be expected as I had been naughty over the weekend. I'm not disheartened because I feel better and my clothes fit better.
Fingers crossed that I manage this weekend better than last weeks.
