Need ideas for more PROTEIN please!
Extra-firm tofu. (Try Trader Joe's... I find Nasoya too be less firm.) I like to prepare it by marinating it in soy sauce, and then pan-frying in canola oil.

Not enough calories
Cottage cheese or greek yogurt is great to pair with all the fruit you're eating. Dark chocolate is also a good option ... it has saturated fat in it, but most of its fat is actually good for you.
