The Lose-Your-Love-Handles Challenge:
100 Miles between New Years Day and Valenine's Day
This is meant to be an attainable goal for all levels of fitness. Feel free to combine it with any cardio you can think of where you can keep track of your miles. Running, walking, cycling, swimming, and yes, the elliptical counts.
The Rules:
1. It must be a designated time for exercise. The idea here is that we incorporate a daily fitness routine into our lives. Walking around Disneyland doesn't count (sorry). If you feel that 100 miles is too easy or too hard, set your own goal and tell us about in on the group page. We all want to support you and help you achieve your goals!
2. Have FUN!!
