Hello All, I think my screen name says it all fatgirlagain, I have been battling my weight my whole life! I have never been my ideal weight according to the charts and I doubt that I ever will be. I have been as high as 285 and as low as 149(too tiny for my frame)I am 5'5" and my starting weight is 193.3 lbs. According to the charts I should weigh about 135 hahaha. I am comfy around 160 and that is my current goal. I would like to flirt with the 170s by the time my 40th rolls around in 2.5 weeks. Dieting is hard for me as I am a food addict, I NEVER get that full feeling and my wants well exceed my needs when it comes to food, exercise is work to me( I am a sloth) LOL So I must have alot of self control when it comes to this.My family consists of my son Tyler 16 , Jacob 13 and Bryanna 11 also my Husband Randy (who is one of those eat whatever he wants and not gain an ounce type) I am a waitress in the local greasy spoon, which also happens to make the best fries and gravy youve ever had LOL(Diet trap)
Its all about choices and what you want just like anything else in life right? So here I go and cheers to healthy choices!

Listen that right there is real life , sometimes you eat pound cake and cookies there is NOTHING wrong with it! Do not throw it all away over a few cookies! Real life is about making choices some good some bad just try to make more good ones than bad ones! You can do this trust me!

Why cant I count work??
I work as a waitress, 8 hr shifts or more on my feet all but 30 mins at least half of the shift is moving quickly and lifting plates. I wore my pedometer on a Sun and I tracked 8.66 miles. I think this should account for something???
