I am a 37 year old restaurant manager that over the years have gave in to stress eating and eating on the go and have gained about 90 pounds in the last 10 years. I successfully lost 60 pounds 2 years ago, but got very sick and being on prednizone for about 7 mos straight gained everything back plus 10. I have currently lost 55 pounds and not able to exercize, so I am doing by diet alone which is alot slower, but can be done. My current goal is 174 to get in the normal range of my bmi and then 165 then we will go from there. I am looking for serious weight loss buddies. Come on... lets help each other out!

i need HELP!!!
I have tried at 100 cal both on jolly time and orville red and really did not care for the butter version... now the 100 cal kettle korn from jolly time is fab. I bought light buttered popcorn from aldis and it is wonderful... I think that there is more than 3 popped cups per bag, but it is already in my tummy. I will not have any for a good couple days so I wont be able accurately divide into cups....But the box states 3 servings per bag... Even if it is more cals... it is worth it.

i need HELP!!!
Ok... I need some clarification. Ok.. On popcorn boxes it has 2 nutritional info's on it. On the popped side.... When the box states 3 servings per bag is that for the popped side or unpopped side or both? Thank you. Quite unclear to me so I am hoping someone can help me.

Anyone know of any good exercises for someone with a bum knee?
Hi Navy chick... My hubby had acl recon about 10 years also and it went poorly also. He has alot of arthritis and swelling still. However he can swim and use the eliptical with little to no problem with his knee. Dont know if that will work for you since everyone is different but swimming helped him the most. Erin
