I am 24 years old and I have been overweight since the end of highschool. I've put on 30 lbs since the beginning of high-school. Most of the initial weight was in my bust and in my butt, neither of which I was arguing about. But once it hit my waist, I started to become unhappy, but still didn't really do anything. During my college years, I started to work out at the gym; My sophomore and junior year working out almost everyday, and senior year became too busy to workout, despite my desire to.
So here I am, a graduate and I want my body back... I chose Weight Watchers because I've known a lot of people who have lost a lot of weight on it and think very highly of ww.
*Update: Four months and 15 lbs into this diet, my fiancee decided to begin ww and help me with my motivation to lose the rest...
