Previously using Fatsecret & Weight Watchers, I was within 10 #s of my goal. Well I'm back to do it ALL over again.

As a 30 year old, who works full time, I am starting slow and steady. Working out at least 3 days a week, drinking lots of water and trying to eat as healthy as I can. I'm following weight watchers and will be closely tracking my food intake.

Need more motivation
yeah we were bike riding together before the cold weather hit and will soon be out there. My best friend is 8 months pregnant... who was the one who motivated me to start Weight Watchers.... She'll soon be back on with me. but right now its just me... I work in a coffee shop for 6-8 hrs a day.. usually consisting of running around making or doing or cleaning something... so i feel like i'm "semi" active during the day.. . its food thats my problem.

Need more motivation
if been off the bandwagon for about 3 months.. gained 10 lbs.... need to lose 20 to get to my goal... I need some more incentive, a buddie to help me out.
