Ok... I need some clarification. Ok.. On popcorn boxes it has 2 nutritional info's on it. On the popped side.... When the box states 3 servings per bag is that for the popped side or unpopped side or both? Thank you. Quite unclear to me so I am hoping someone can help me.

it should be popped or other wise stated... the best way to eat pop corn and probably the easiest is what my wife and i have done and thats get the single serving packs or like the 100 cal packs something like that they are only 1 or 2 pts (depending on the brand) its the easiest way... also if you have your weight watchers food point book it should tell. you might reference that

I have tried at 100 cal both on jolly time and orville red and really did not care for the butter version... now the 100 cal kettle korn from jolly time is fab. I bought light buttered popcorn from aldis and it is wonderful... I think that there is more than 3 popped cups per bag, but it is already in my tummy. I will not have any for a good couple days so I wont be able accurately divide into cups....But the box states 3 servings per bag... Even if it is more cals... it is worth it.
