I've been using FatSecret since May, 2007. So I thought I should update my bio to reflect that....
56 year old male. I'm 6 feet tall and currently weighing in around 189. A couple years ago I finally hit my goal weight of 180. That's 25 pounds less than I weighed when I joined FatSecret in 2007. I gained a bit back this year, but I'm going to work it back down. I reset my goal to 178. I'd like to fluctuate around 180, so if I get my weight down to 178 I think I can manage that.
Wow -- I can't believe I've been using FatSecret for almost 8 years. FatSecret is great! It's been a big part of my success in losing weight and staying healthy.
49 year old male. I'm in fairly good shape, but I'm having a hard time knocking off the last 9 pounds of my goal. When I joined fatsecret in May 2007 I weighed 205. I wanted to get down to 185 at least and ideally 180. I was able to get down to 185 for my high school reunion (hahahahaha) but since then I've bounced around from 186 - 193, mostly hovering around 189. The weight loss has been great for me. I feel better and I look better. But I still want to finish the plan, and maintain in the 180-185 range.
I'm a huge fan of fatsecret. It's a great site. I've told all my friends and family about it. I've become very fond of my "diet buddies". They're a great bunch and they're a constant source of support and inspiration.

48 year old male. Not in really bad shape, but I'd like to lose 20-25 lbs. That would move me from 205 to 180. I've used the South Beach before -- got as low as 186 once. I exercise fairly regularly and try to eat healthy foods. I like the South Beach because it seems sensible and effective.
