It's not necessary to measure every cup you drink but the goal is to fill yourself up so your are not as hungary. I like drinking a cup before a meal and a cup during. This is the minimum- try drinking water whenever possible

Guidelines:
Find a picture of the body you are striving for- it will be a very useful source of motivation. I actually prefer to save as screen saver the picture of my ideal husband. This is going to be a three month long challenge so EVERYTHING is about motivation
