I am a mom of 3 Great kids/teens I have been over weight since I can remember my children are very active and at 34 yrs old I can’t walk up stairs without stopping to catch my breath which hurts to the very soul of my being. I had enough I’m tired of being tired I will take my life back for it was never anything or anybody’s to take in the first place!!! I have come to realize over eating is an addiction just like smoking so it’s a change in life style for the rest of your life. I am just starting but I have realized that the faster it comes off it can return just as fast that is why I’m taking my time and loosing it slowly (which is hard because I am an instant gratification person). This is not a diet it’s a life style, a change you have to be ready to make for the rest of your life.

its a life style. not a diet!
Hello im doing very well so far its only been 3 weeks but its the longest i have ever stuck with a plan and its working. i have hit a plato though and its driving me crazy ive been at 237-236 for 5 days and i just want to start losing again but i have to keep telling myself slow and steady will keep it off.

funniest work out on Wii
Let me start by telling you i was not a big fan of the Wii but my daughter bought this game called JUST DANCE!!! i had so much fun that i started doing it everyday for 30 min sometimes longer the kids play with me to see who can dance better of course its me Laughing
It has all kind of songs from oldies to 80's to lates hits if you dont have it its a must buy.
If you do have it i would love to hear your stories.

Ok lol i loved your message i am the same way but desided i was going to walk the neighbor hood for 30 min a day UH ya that lasted 2 days!!! but my daughter bought this gam on her wii its called JUST DANCE... OMG ITS GREAT, it has all kinds of music and it has dance steps you have to keep up with ( dont get me wrong i almost peed laughing so hard when my boys were shaking there hips like girls but it was so much fun i started doing it everyday oh ya you can have 2 left feet and still do great!!!!!
