I am a mom of 3 Great kids/teens I have been over weight since I can remember my children are very active and at 34 yrs old I can’t walk up stairs without stopping to catch my breath which hurts to the very soul of my being. I had enough I’m tired of being tired I will take my life back for it was never anything or anybody’s to take in the first place!!! I have come to realize over eating is an addiction just like smoking so it’s a change in life style for the rest of your life. I am just starting but I have realized that the faster it comes off it can return just as fast that is why I’m taking my time and loosing it slowly (which is hard because I am an instant gratification person). This is not a diet it’s a life style, a change you have to be ready to make for the rest of your life.
