Im 22, and married my best friend Marc on July 4th, 2009. We dont have any children, but we have 2 dogs, that are like our children. Gizmo (3 years old) and Harlow (1 year old).
My struggles with weight loss include emotional eating, late night eating (my hubby doesnt get off until 7 pm-so by the time he gets home- we dont eat supper until 8pm). I also dont have a lot of time for exercise- my daily work commute amounts to about 1.5 hours. I have been walking with my co-workers at lunch and also walking with my hubby and dogs at night.
I am now at my highest weight I have ever been- I hope to be down to about 155 lbs. by next December. I have learned in past "dieting" experiences, that the only way this is going to work is if it becomes a lifestyle change. I am super excited to finally start on this journey!
