Although you may be eating the right things, you have to pay attention to portions. You have to count the servings or you may still end up having too many calories in your healthy meals. count portions and you'll see a difference. Good luck!

weight not moving
this same thing happened to me when i started. I just changed my work out strategy. changed what i was eating , and in essence restructured my plan and the scale started moving again.

Its been all of eight months...missed this place. i still have seven lbs to go. been off my diet, gained and lost weight...more as a result of stress. ...

So I have 13 lbs left and 5 weeks at home to do it. Im recommitting myself to this and I must reach my goal b4 the summer ends...even if i starve.
