Whether you work at home or away from home, family is ALWAYS a priority. We need to make ourselves a priority too. Once you hit 30, didn't it seem impossible to lose weight? And 40, forget it, it almost seems like it's not even worth trying! We need to make ourselves a priority in 2012 and find creative, fun ways to get in shape, with or without the kids. While any age is welcome to join, those over 30 with kids at home may have more in common in this group!
