Hi, 56 yr old Cathie in Katy, TX here. Got e-cigarettes for Xmas and now my taste buds have woken up, hence my appetite, too. Therefore, added more than the usual holiday pounds. I've got about 30 to lose. Let's stick together, wish each other luck w/healthy choices and keeping the weight off and losing the extra pounds. Hugs, Cathie (cborres)

How To Add Historical Data
Oh, see that someone else answered. BUT that's not the way I added. didn't seem to be a drop down menu with dates. On my home page, I clicked on diet calendar. then a usual monthly calendar came up with the empty days...which i clicked on and tried to fill in to the best of my recollection. good luck AND have fun on vacation. Where U going?

Don't know what you mean by blue numbers? but I'm new to this program.
Also don't know what u mean about zero-ing out exercise? but again this whole process is new to me. I do agree with the need for the data entry to be more user friendly, but perhaps it's because i haven't learned the intricacies of this system.
Would like to make some buddies, if you are interested, plse accept my invitation and have fun on vacation. Hope it's somewhere sunny. The weather has been great in Houston.
I'm one of those lucky people who always had a high metabolism and could eat whatever I wanted...now over 50 and with an artificial hip things are quite different. I think that logging my food and activities will help me stay on track, while meeting interesting folks along the way.

Shrinkage
Hi 1980face, I'm new too. Welcome, fellow nightowl O.O, I'm on Central time and see 2am all the time, usually 4am. It is harder for me not to smoke in the evening hours and which also suppresses my appetite, seems I eat a midnight snack. saved some spaghetti squash & sauce from supper just in case.
