Running with a group
This weekend I ran a race with a very large running group. The motivation is always there in a group and because you are meeting at a specific time you make it a standing appt. My experience thus far in running clubs had me thinking if others on FS run with a running group or signed up for an organized running training group?

What do you expect After workout ?
Great point and I feel you. The only time I lose anything is when I restrict my eating to a minscisle amount. For me it just doesn't last but I wish you the very best. The only thing I can say is pick a goal that is not weight and see while you are working towards it that you lose some weight. Working out has added benefits that unfortunately do not show up on the scale.

Does anyone drink apple cider vinegar for weight lost. I know after you eat too much it really makes you feel better.
