Protein Shake failure
SO I am officially kicking myself one more time for selecting an awful protein shake AGAIN. I think I have tried every kind out there first whey which as someone who has not down any milk in I do not know how long. What on Earth was I thinking?Rolling Eyes Okay than I tried soy which I am just not a fanConfused . I have tried goat milk protein yucky beyond Yuck Neutral lol. I have never tried weed so what in tar-nation had me thinking hemp is the next best thing Evil or Very Mad . My latest fail comes at the expense of Dr Oz relentless influence over all my health Bad Grin . I tried the Alive pea protein and I want to literally throw something because I feel that I have been duped Mad. There is something about the last part of drinking this horrible concoction of grass and awful vanilla flavor when your throat says no but your pocketbook says you better get this down. It is a battle I feel like I am losing and my pockets and cupboards are paying a hefty price. I ask for any suggestions? I want to try it again of course I need a few pay checks to get over all these failed attempts. I want to incorporate a protein shake in my daily...please help

Secrets Revealed
I am trying to stay current on fat secret and it does feel like I am revealing secrets towards weight lost success. I am no where there yet but I am motivated to get my weight down. I even like the name of this website and I tried sparkpeople but it is so abundant and so much information that I ended up being very confused.

The fitness wheel
What a jewel in the exercise world kinda like the kettle ball once you use it.. you are like 'magic'Smile . I love it but my abs are very sore so that worries me a bit. I will chop it up to being as out of shape as I am for now lol.

Baby food diet
I like the organic Happy Baby baby food mango as a lunch snack because it is really portal and wont go bad. Personally I would never go on a complete diet of baby food that is just too extreme. I read the article speeking about jennifer aniston having to eat 14 jars of baby food a day just doesn't sound very appealing. I am with lisakp71 some baby food is just plain good.
