Hi. I am a married 30 yr old mother of a 12 year old boy, 6mth old boy and two step children both boys ages 10 and 8. All boys in my house even the 3 American bulldogs! I am always on the go with sports and school events. I work FT and barely have any time to myself. Maybe at 9pm. I am trying to become more healthy as Im getting older and feeling it. I weigh 195 and fluctuate to 200 once in awhile. I lost 10lbs and was down to 190 after having my recent son but I gained it back somehow, probably the holidays.
My goal is to be healthy and maintain a happy life.
