This is the heaviest I have ever been BUT also the happiest I have ever been. My motivation for losing weight is to fit my clothes again! I have been on a whirl wind romance for the past year and gained 20lbs in the process. My man still looks at me lovingly and thinks I look exactly the same. However, my clothes don't agree, lol. It is great to have that love and unconditional support with no pressure. I am really doing this for myself and that feels great.

Egg Beaters vs. Eggs
Does anyone know what egg beaters are? The ingredients on the carton say "Egg Whites with coloring?" Are Egg Beaters just egg whites?
