I am a mother of two toddlers that has recently really let herself go. I started noticing the tire around my waist about 2 weeks ago and that my cheeks I could all of a sudden see when I talked. So, I decided that I needed something to change and hopefully I can lose the pregnancy fat and everything I put on after that which is about 20kg or 40 pounds.

How do I excercise when I am standing all day?
Hi there, I am having a difficult time getting any excercise in my day and was wondering if anyone knows of excercises I can do while standing in my coffee shop. I work from 08 to 21, trying to get my coffee shop off the ground and going smoothly and have no energy when I get home to do Taebo (which I love). So I need some suggestions on how I can do some indiscreet excercises in my shop, on my feet.

Any suggestions
