Worked out 30 minutes instead of walking tape
This 2 mile walk..burns fat!! WOW!!!!!!!! lol I've been mixing between the 1,2 and 3 mile ones, alternating so we dont get bored, but i did skip a couple of days.

Can't update resuits
still not able to update results however I did my walk. It was raining this afternoon however it stopped tonight so went out for my walk then. It was cooler & refreshing but I still worked up a sweat. ...
