Hubby has lost over 80 pounds and my kids have all lost that little extra "muffin top" that even teenagers get. Love to cook and have figured out some healthy meals that really help (our family tends to like BIG portions so that's been a challenge at times!). Got certified as a Personal Trainer and the ladies I'm working with are having amazing results, so if I can help at all, please do let me know. You can do it ladies! I have a ways to go myself so the motivation and support is 100% mutual!

I love pizza, so what? i order it, i bake it at home..no crust! double cheese, maybe veggies, and no crust! at home i melt mozarella with tomato sauce and zip! may add eggplants, zucchini, whatever u like, and believe me, it tastes just like pizza!
What has worked for me has been dropping carbs..

Since having Charlie I have just been trying to eat healthy and drinking plenty of water ... I lost alot just after having the baby but seems to be creeping back on now ... not good ... need to make changes for life as I don't want to be a yoyo all my life. Well done on the weight lost 76lbs is a massive achivement. XxxX
