I live in Texas and am 45 years old. I am married and have 3 children, ages 3, 11, 18. I work as a teacher, and I am still trying to lose weight gained from my pregnancy 3 years ago. It wasn't this hard to lose the weight the first two times. I am currently wearing a size 14 (almost 16) and would like to return to a size 8.
