I'm 27 years old and have PCOS.
PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) There is no cure,its a condition that
makes a woman fat,pimply,hairy and *infertile IF NOT managed*. Sometimes even progresses to Diabetes so I'm also careful with what I eat.
Thank God, The good news is PCOS is Manageable with exercise and weight loss. And so here I am.
I am positive that I will be victorious. For three years straight, I kept on gaining. And my doctor told me that if I don't stop soon I will be obese. I have a very small frame too.
I want to target 110 but OB wants me at 100lbs. I thought it was impossible. I was exercising and I'm a vegetarian so I don't understand. But I kept on going and the weight started to drop. Until this year where my weight really plateaued and I was desperate.I went to fatsecret, and realize I need to improve my diet.
Then I was back on track. So here's a try to 107to battle PCOS and be healthy. Most of all become a mom. Battle infertility.
I'm getting married December 2013 too!
So all efforts to be fertile and be fit for the wedding day and that
dream dress of mine.
Update at 2014 I am 104lbs at 5' flat and very petite frame as a Typical Asian
