I'm a 29-y/o British ex-pat currently living in London, Ontario, Canada. I've struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember, but working office jobs and dealing with grief and depression have definitely been my biggest challenges over the last 10 or so years.
At my heaviest, I weighed 239lbs which was summer of 2011. I managed to lose 42lbs, but have since gained about 7 back. I've recently had some health issues again, and it's time to be serious. I will also be getting married in August 2015, and I want to look fantastic in that dress!!
As of June 25, 2013, my weight loss is now being monitored and assisted by my family doctor. Our first goal is to lose 10lbs within the next three months, using a calorie-restricted diet of 1200 calories per day. Bring it on!
