Guidelines:
Do anything you want like squats, pressups, lunges, crunches, dips, planks, climbing stairs or simple stretches... Just anything, it will make half hour to one hour of your workout before you know even know it. you can Divide 5 times like this (1) Early morning before starting the day. (2) early afternoon, in middle of day stretch out your body. (3) late after noon. (4) after sunset or before dinner. (5) before going to bed at night.
