well, my doctor says I am overweight- my pictures look like I am overweight- I feel overweight...
So I am doing Atkins. I am in week 1 of induction. I am a sedentary person so I will likely stay here for about 6 weeks. I also have no buddies and I am a bit sporadic with my reports.I do check in everyday to enter my food diary.
I don't know alot about this site, so I will try to get my buddy list made. Can I add any of you?

did it!2.25 miles in 40 minute incline on the TM! it was easy. So I'll do that 3 x a week and strength train the other 2.
