over eating
Hi it's been a while since the last time I tracked my carb intake and I was shocked today as I discovered I was over 100 g
Now I'm determined to stick to my diet and get rid of this 15 lbs left. Thanks to fatsecret that counts for us

glucerna cereal
hi I have a question. Have anyone try the glucerna cereal? On the front of the box it says 1 1/2 carb choices but on the nutrition panel it says total carb 24g and 5g dietary fiber so it doesn't match. So, I don't know if it is atkins friendly.

Diet Rotation
Hi wahoowa you mentioned you were doing some extreme excersices and that's what I do (not the p90x) I do pilates kick boxing dance boot camp and I didn't know excercise can cause you to stall !! Please explain how it works.

Hi I'm looking for a buddy from El Paso Tx,that way we can share recipes and where to find atkins friendly products.
I'm on owl but I think I'm gonna go back to induction for at least 2 weeks. I'm trying to go short term goals I think their easier to achive
