Hi everyone a friend of mine lend me the insanity program but I don't have the calendar and she can't find either. if you have it or know where to get it can you let me know or pass me the calendar 'cause I don't know wich video I should start first.

My friend lent me his as well, but i dont have teh calender either. I believe you do teh fit test first and tehn poly-cardio. I have only did teh fit test and max cardio- SO HARD. I love it and I hate it. lol I did teh fit test twice bc it was so hard I couldnt keep up and felt like I wasnt working out but in the morning oh I serioulsy felt muscles I didnt know I had! lemme know how you like it!
