My friend lent me his as well, but i dont have teh calender either. I believe you do teh fit test first and tehn poly-cardio. I have only did teh fit test and max cardio- SO HARD. I love it and I hate it. lol I did teh fit test twice bc it was so hard I couldnt keep up and felt like I wasnt working out but in the morning oh I serioulsy felt muscles I didnt know I had! lemme know how you like it!
