Hello! I am 41 yrs. old & live in Tennessee. I'm a wife, an aunt, a nurse & a child of God. My only children are 2 spoiled Tabby cats & a chocolate lab! I am happily married to a very supportive man for the last 9 yrs. I guess because of the happiness that we have shared, I never felt too bad about my weight. When we married, I weighed 213. I stayed @ the same weight for 3 yrs. When the scales hit 220 & I felt horrible, I decided it was time to do something! I've been a FS member since March 2008. That's when my lifestyle changed! I have probably cut my calories in half & started exercising regularly with my husband. I thank God for the strength He has given me for this journey! I am excited about the new healthy life that I have ahead of me now!

Quit WW site?
I have used this site and the WW site. I will have to say that this site is more user friendly. The only downfall is that WW no longer allows any other website to record WW points. You will have to come up with some way to keep up with your own points on a daily basis.

That probably is right. You can use the diet/exercise calendar here on the FS website also. It will tell you how many calories you burn.

Weight Watchers
I have been on FS for about a year & have recently started using WW points system for more guidance in my food choices. It is working well for me. I have never been to a WW meeting, but my Mom is a Lifetime Member! Wink I found a great website for WW points @ restaurants. Try There is a lot of info there!
